Currently have auto reply manager setup correctly and configured in outlook 2003, exchange manager settings allow auto response

When email sent to from client to my support mailbox it is successfully received but no auto response is generated.

Tried all different settings but to no avail, pop3 account works no problem.

Anyone having the same issue and has come up with a solution??

When you receive emails via Exchange, please make sure Outlook is configured to download full messages (not just the email header for preview) and also make sure that Outlook is set to stay online with Exchange (and not set to switch to the offline mode).
