I sometimes find that the PC that runs the autorules in AUto replay Manager has been switched off. During that time people have been sending emails to the various email accounts we monitor and as Outlook has not been open they have subseuently not been forwarded.
Is there any way we can get the tool to run on these messages to get them processed and forwarded?
Also is there anyway that we can get the Auto Reply client to mark the messages it has processed as READ? or move them to another folder as well as forwarding them?
any assistance would be appreciated

If the computer where auto reply manager is installed is turned off and the required rules are already created in auto reply manager in order to answer the e-mail that you are receiving on the respective accounts, then auto reply manager will overtake the defined actions when you turn your computer on and outlook starts downloading the incoming messages.
Could you please explain where would be the productivity if Auto Reply Manager marks the emails it replies to as read?
Also, moving the emails from Inbox to a specific folder is not the purpose of an auto-reply software. However if we will have many requests from our users we will consider introducing a function that can allow users to do that.

I use the outlook client connected directly to the exchange server. Am I better off setting it up to use off line folders? The only problem with that is I am using the rules on 8 mailboxes at a time. I have logged in as a master account and then attached each of the mailboxes to this and use auto reply manager to monitor all of the mailboxes and deal with the messages as they come in. Not sure how I could get it to work in off line mode / as I need to have all the mailboxes open to process the various rules associated with them.
Marking them as read would help me identify which messages have been processed and which ones have not, especially as I have several mailboxes to look at it would be useful to pick out which mailbox rules haven't processed by seeing those mailboxes that have unread messages in them. Going through the log is a little slower.
Moving the messages would be a good feature for us as we currently use another programme to manage auto replying to candidates (ProcessTHem) and moving them to another folder to stop the messages from being reprocessed and show people that run those mailboxes that their messages have been processed.
