When Set account from which emails will be sent is enabled, I don't receive any replies.

I want to set a reply for mailto:helpdesk@domain.com account, I want the reply to go from the mailto:info@domain.com so I don't end up with endless loop, we deal with a lot of companies that have autoreplies to.

Can you please look on the auto reply execution log displayed under the main Auto Reply Manager toolbar (on the main Outlook window) and see if there are emails for which the reply should have been sent, but it wasn't? Or if there are any emails marked with a red bubble, with an error message nearby?

As I understand the rule you defined, Outlook should email an auto reply from mailto:info@domain.com for all emails received on mailto:helpdesk@domain.com, right?

Yes, you have to keep Outlook open (you can minimize it to the systray).

Is there a server (exchange) based application that does the same thing, so we don't let users play with the autoreply.

I'm sorry, I am not aware of any module for Exchange (to run on the Exchange server, not on the Outlook client).

You may try to use the Out of Office feature of Outlook (available ONLY if Outlook is configured as an Exchange client), but I am not sure if it requires you to keep Outlook running or if the replies will be handled by the Exchange server directly.
