Greetings,

I've installed Auto Reply Manager (Trial Version) and the Help section tells me to click on "Start Session" in the ARM tool bar once I left click it. There is no option to "Start Session" anywhere. I have all the required configurations and I could use some help.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

It appears to be an error in the documentation. We apologize for this inconvenience. This error will be repaired in the next update.

To create a rule please choose Rules->Edit Rules (from the Auto Reply Manager Toolbar) and press the "Add" button from the displayed window. This will start the wizard for creating a new rule. Then simply follow the wizard steps to configure the rule. If you wish to edit a rule then select the rule you want to edit from the Rules window (Rules->Edit Rules) and press the "Edit" button.

Can a new rule be created and ran after emails are already in my inbox. I don't see a "RUN RuLE" button that will run the rule after receiving these emails. I want to purchase the program but sometimes we add new rules and have to apply them after the fax. I understand that if an email is already forwarded it will not act again on that email but emails that are new should be able to have the rule(s) applied after receiving.

You help would be appreciated.

Ron :)

Hi,

I'm sorry but you can't do that. The Auto Reply Manager only replies to incoming messages.

Kind regards.
