I had originaly installed the auto reply manager on my main work computer. That machine crashed and I had to re-install everything. When I try to install auto reply manager on the new machine, I am getting the errror that the license code is not correct. Is that due to the fact that your system thinks I am trying to install the S/W on a second machine?

Oh, wow... I sincerely apologize for answering you so late... I honestly don't know why I haven't seen it until now and I am really, really sorry.
Were you able to resolve your issue with the activation? If not, please email us at email@example.com and I'll get straight on it (and I'll try getting you a special offer, that's the least I can do). Please include your activation key in the email or the email address the license is registered to.
