Hi, I'm using MS Outlook version 12.0.4518.1014 and Auto Reply Manager version on WIndows 7.
When I try to update Auto Reply Manager I get error messages saying Windows can't open a .tmp file.
The names of the .tmp files change. The most recent is arm1626.tmp.
If I click on the option to allow Windows to search for a programme to open the .tmp file it just takes me to the webpage that says what a .tmp file is. Auto Reply Manager then tells me an update has been installed and I must restart Outlook.
When I restart Outlook I'm still on the same (not updated) version of Auto Reply Manager.
Thanks in anticipation of your kind help with this

In order to benefit from the latest version of ARM, just download it from: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/scripts/Download.ashx?prefix=arm&name=ARM-2.0.115 and then install it on your system.
If you encounter this issue again in the future, please contact us and we’ll see if there is any problem in the application’s update process.
