As the title - how do I set different rules for different subject lines?
Example: rule one to send to all emails received with the subject line "website enquiry - sales", rule two sends to emails received with the subject line "website enquiry - service"

Condition is "if the message subject contains at least one of the following keywords" - any way to make it filter "if subject line contains ALL keywords"?

Hello,

Thank you for supporting our products.

If your emails' subjects are standard, always being "website enquiry - service" or "website enquiry - sales" you can just enter this text in the subject filter (if you don't separate the words with semicolons then ARM will search for that exact string of characters, including the spaces and line). Messages that contain only "website", or "website" and "enquiry" (for example), will not generate auto-replies.

If you want to have rules for those situations as well (let's say, you want to have a rule for all emails that contain "website", but you want those that read "website enquiry - sales" to have another type of auto-reply), then just place the more specific rule at the top (the one that deals with "website enquiry - sales").
So, a new email arrives - it is scanned by the first rule (the "website enquiry - sales" one). If it contains that exact subject line, then ARM sends the appropriate message. Else, if it only contains "Website", it "jumps" over the first rule and goes to the second one - if the second one is the rule for emails with "website" in their subject, then it sends that message and so on. You can do a couple of tests and see for yourself (before though, go to the Log screen and check the "Log diagnostic messages" option). Afterwards, when accessing the Log screen, ARM will display why it applied or didn't apply your rules for each of your messages.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have any other questions or suggestions regarding our products, we’re always happy to receive feedback from our customers.
