I bought your product for my old computer that was running Outlook 2007 and Vista. I just recieved a new laptop yesterday and I am in the process of transfering my files over. The add in works great on my old computer.

This computer is running windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I bought a second compy of this software today and am trying to get it to work with this outlook 2010. I have all the same e-mail accounts set up in outlook as I did on the previous computer.

When I go to edit rules> name the rule> Accounts and Folder Filters the software is not picking up my email accounts. The box where you would normally check the box by the account that you want the rule to apply to is completely blank.

Can you help me with this as I am at a total lose on how to make this work?

Thanks

I will contact you as soon as the update is launched.

Thank you for your support.

Happened to me aswell - I figured out it only happened for IMAP accounts. Try POP3 and you will be able to choose them anywhere.
