I am running outlook 2007 and when i try to have two rules set

1 - to reply that i am out of the office until ..."

the second rule is to forward the original email to my colleague's address

it seems to only run the top rule first and then not the second rule. Can i not do both?

Hi Mikethelegend999,

You cannot create two rules for the same email message.
Once you receive a message, Auto Reply Manager searches the rules and if he finds the properties in the first rule, then it bounces to the next email, so your second rule for the same message will be ignored.
As a workaround, you can select from "Rule Action" menu to send a bcc copy to another email address, so that your colleague will receive the email also.

Kind Regards,
