Date & Keyword filter not working

Howdy,
I am having a hard time with a rule in Auto Reply Manager. Everything works as long as I do not put a 'between' time. As soon as I do that the program will not automatically reply. I have verified that the computers timezone is setup correctly, restarted outlook, restarted the computer, verified that the reply works without a problem if I uncheck the time 'between' condition. Any suggestions?

Windows XP SP3
Outlook 2003
Auto Reply Manager 2.0.93.0
