this program has been running fine until recently. When a new mail arrives a pop up box appears that says 'Failed to register new message'. If I go to the logs and try to double click and view any entries I get the following message.

'Failed to get message reference. The message you specified cannot be found'. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

Hi Campbed,

Please let me know which version of Auto Reply Manager are you using, your Outlook version and also your operating sistem.
If it is possible send us a print screen with the error message at mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com
