I assume outlook has to be running all the the time for auto reply to be working?

How is auto-reply software better than just using the rule function of Outlook?

Is there a way to apply the auto reply later if for some reason I had outlook turned off, but I want to reply to messages I received?

Hi adevore,

Auto Reply Manager is an add-in which uses Outlook resources.
Once you turn Outlook on and the send/receive process will run and the rules you set in Auto Reply Manager will begin processing and send the replyes.

I have been following the actions pretty closely. It seems to clearly miss about 25% of the messages that it should reply to. I am concerned about that. Why would it do that? What do I do about it?

Also I was wondering is auto-reply software better than just using the rule function of Outlook?
