Hello, I activated Auto-Reply Manager on 2009-01-23 and for some reason it seems to have disappeared from my Outlook. It was working fine prior to it disappearing.

I have checked the following places and Auto-Reply Manager is not there.
1. In outlook, I checked my toolbar list (Customize/Toolbars) - not there
2. While Outlook is running, I have clicked on my Windows Taskbar and checked the list of processes. It's not there.
3. I checked the Help / About Microsoft Outlook / Disabled Items and it's not there either.

It seems to have gone completely. Please help. I need it badly for a project that I'm working on. I registered online with the license.

Hi Ngill,

Outlook probably disabled Auto Reply Manager.
If you are using Outlook 2000, 2002 or 2003, you can re-enable Auto Reply Manager by going to your Outlook Help menu -> About Microsoft Office Outlook -> Disabled Items. See if Auto Reply Manager is listed there. If it is, select it, then click on the Enable button, then restart Outlook.

If you are using Outlook 2007, please go to the Outlook Tools menu -> Trust Center -> click on Addins on the left sided panel. See if Auto Reply Manager is listed under the Inactive or Disabled Items section. If it’s listed under the Disabled Items section, choose “Manage Disabled Items” from the bottom part of the window, click on “Go”, then select Auto Reply Manager on the popup list and choose to Enable it. Then restart Outlook.

If you do not find Auto Reply Manager listed you can also check in Control Panel if Auto Reply Manager is installed.
If not please reinstall the software.

Kind Regards,
