Hi,

I've been asked if it's possible to configure different Automatic Replies that go to Internal and External email addresses.

Currently I can't actually find a way using Auto Reply Manager - the only way I can think of is to set up a couple of folders and try and do it that way.

Can Auto Reply check if the sender is part of the Global Address List rather than the users Conacts?

If anyone's done this or has any suggestions then please let me know.

Hi Gareth,

Currently the only practical way is to create a couple of Outlook rules that deliver incoming emails in different mail folders, depending on the sender's email address (internal or external, in your case).

However, we are considering to include the ability to check the Global Address List in the next Auto Reply Manager update.
