Rules have been entered and enabled, but the system is not sending an autoreply.

Hi,

Please open the Log of the program and see if any messages are listed there. If there are, please tell me if they have a green or a red circle in front of them.

Kind regards.

Hi,

Please make sure that Outlook is set to download the whole message and not only the headers. In order to do this, please go to Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Send/Receive select the groups in the text box and click "Edit..". Please make sure that you have selected the option "Download complete item including attachment" and not "Download headers only"

Kind regards.

I have the option you are referring to. Under the Send/Receive setting there is a Folder Option. When I check Inbox it prompts a message " You must configure an offline folder file before you can use this folder offline. Would you like to configure an offline folder now?" Does this effect how I receive emails?

I really want this work!

Hi,

Please go to Tools->Account Settings->highlight Exchange Server and click Change, in the next screen click More Settings
click on the Security tab and make sure that the option "Encrypt data between MS Outlook and MS Exchange" is not checked.

Kind regards.
