Hi!

I e-mailed your customer support this afternoon about the fact that I can't my my Auto reply manager to let me put in my License Code. I get a message every time that says "Invalid License Code".

I am getting nervous because I haven't heard back from anyone and it's been over 7 hours. I need this issue resolved ASAP. I spent over $100 on these licenses and would appreciate a prompt response.

I've checked my inbox and my junk inbox and I've seen nothing today.

I have sent you an email today. The problem was that the license code that you inserted what misspelled.

Kind regards.

Thanks!

I did get it to work on one computer. Now my e-mail won't let me send anything to anyone. I am going to check out my settings and get back to you if the trouble persists.

My outlook will not allow me to send any e-mails to anyone now. I've only installed one of my purchased licenses, and now that computer's outgoing e-mail won't work. I checked with my mail provider, and their service is just fine. The 2 other people in this office are not having any issues, and neither one have the new Auto-Reply installed on their computers yet. Can you help me? I can't e-mail you since it won't let me.
