Post subject:  Auto Reply messages stuck in drafts folder

Lately we are having our reply messages stuck in the drafts folder. Sometimes I get the message "failed to set outgoing account, error code 0X80070057" I then have to manually open each message and click on send. I checked the setup and there is always an outgoing account selected. Any ideas?

Hi,

What kind of accounts are you using?(POP3, IMAP, Exchange). Also, please detail the configuration of your rule.

We use pop3,

rule settings are: (i will only list items that are checked)

accounts and folders filter,
main account is checked
inbox is checked
process all messages added to the selected folder checked

sender filter,
for all incoming messages of the same sender checked

rule action,
reply only to sender checked
set account from which the emails will be sent checked (main account selected)
set message importance to normal checked

message settings,
replace the original email subject with the following line checked (auto reply as text)
message set to plain text

Hi,

Try to uncheck the option "set account from which the emails will be sent checked (main account selected)" from the rule action. If you have set the Auto Reply Manager to reply only to the messages that come trough this account, it will only send replies using this account.
