Hi there, I have an unusual problem. The auto reply software is installed on a computer running Outlook 2003, there is an exchange server 2003 on the network, the auto replys works fine over the weekedays but on seems to stop on sunday. Now, the computer is never switched off and is set not to hibernate, or go to standby or anything else. The user account on Exchange is allowed access 24/7. Nothing is scheduled to block access on the computer. But every sunday the Software won't auto respond to emails?? need help is there something i am missing?

That is strange indeed...

Can you please advise if the auto-reply rule is using any date/time filters?

I assume you mean no time AND no date filters, correct?

If so, please wait until Sunday - if any emails are received on that day and the program does not send the auto-replies, please open the Execution Report (from the Auto Reply Manager toolbar -> Rules -> Show Execution Report) and see if there are any lines that show a red icon and if there are any lines for Sunday that show a green icon.

For the Sunday items marked with a red icon, please let me know the related error message.

Let me know,
Bogdan

Thats right, no time or date filters.

I have checked the report, well the thing is on Sunday there are no entries at all!! However if you check the Outlook inbox, there are emails that did come in on Sunday.

Are you sure you had Outlook running on Sunday? If you don't have any date/time filter, I can't see why it didn't process auto-replies on Sunday.

Do you use any Outlook rules for moving weekend (or Sunday) emails to a separate Outlook folder? There must be something specific to those emails, if they didn't trigger the auto-reply process...

Regards,
Bogdan
