|Post subject:||How to send several emails with one trigger...|
I want to send 2 emails to buyers when one 'trigger' email is received by me... I thought that it would be easy to so this but...
I have 2 reply emails setup in ARM, both have the same trigger keywords and all the same everything in the setup, only one email goes out when the trigger email is received...?
Am I doing something wrong?

Auto Reply Manager is designed to apply only one rule per received message. That means that the program applies the first rule filter that matches the received message, then it stops the other filters. This is done is order to prevent the program from sending multiple auto-replies to the same received message.
The only solution would be to send those 2 emails via the same single rule, but this assumes that both emails will have the same content...

Thanks for the reply.
I have come up with a solution for all interested...I use this for ebay auctions sold and ebay will send you 2 emails for the transaction. So I use the one email for one rule and the other email for the 2nd rule in ARM. Works like a charm!
Anyone have any good tips out there?!
