Post subject:  merge/purge two Microsoft Excel files

Purchased software late last year for non-profit org. In attempt to merge/purge two Microsoft Excel files in past few days all I get when I import to either Source A or Source B is garbage.

Using Windows XP; Excel 2010; no legible error message; Administrator; (Outlook has been disabled)
The help manual is missing from my copy of Quick List.
Is it impossible to merge two Excel files, or am I missing something?

Hello,

I apologize for the late reply.

You stated that when you imported Excel files, your results were unusable. Just save those files as CSV type in Excel then try importing them again and you shouldn't experience any more issues.
