Sent this info (below) via e-mail a few days ago, but it has been ignored. Obviously we're very unhappy.

Just installed QuickList, paid for it and plugged in the validation code. Have tried 5 times so far to import. EVERY time I click the Import function (regardless of using the icon or from the menu) it immediately shuts the software down.

I’m on Windows XP and it shuts down when clicking on both the CSV and the Other function.

Hi Opus,

We are sorry but we didn't receive any emails from you regarding QuickList.
In order to properly solve your problem please let me know what error did you receive when QuickList shuts down.
Also it would be a great help if you could send us the csv file you are trying to import so we can make some tests and see what went wrong.

Thanks for responding, Andrew!

Did not receive an error message - it just abruptly shut down. Could not even get as far as actually assigning a file to import. The moment I click on either import option (csv or other) it shuts down with no warning, no explanation, no going thru any process to shut down - the program just immediately disappears.

Hi Opus,

A workaround would be to uninstall the program and reinstall it again. Probably during the installation some of the files got messed up.

Obviously I'm not going to get to use this software. Please refund the credit card used to purchase the non-working software. Thank you.
