 Post subject: only gathers 3 addresses

Installed browsed to folder. Ran to gather emails and it only gathers 3. There are 800 emails in the folder. Tried it many times, different ways with no luck.

Please help

I take it the folder is an Outlook mail folder (not a regular disk folder)? Are all those email messages part of the same main folder or are they grouped under sub-folders of the main folder?

Did you setup any filters for the extraction process? You can check if a filter is applied by clicking on the Filter button when you are about to start the extraction process.

yes it is an outlook folder. No filters were applied.
They are in a sub folder... like this. Email >> Clients

When you right click over the folder to extract addresses, please make sure you select "Extract from this folder and all subfolders". Or, make sure you checked/marked each folder from which you want to extract, then right click and select "Extract from all checked folders".

ok I amgoing to have to ask for a refund. Your product does not work no matter what is tried. It is straight forward but does not work.

All in all I have to wrap this up as a BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It takes days.. and longer to get a reply on this board. Email directly to you guys doesnt even seem to get replies. Do you just take the money and sit back?

I am going to post this for sure to software reviews and also notify my credit card company about a chargeback.

This is just *SPAM*. Your software doesn't work. But even worse is your customer service.

Hi,

We replied to your refund request, on 29th of January, notifying you that we need your purchase reference number, otherwise we can't track and initiate the refund.

So please email us with the purchase reference number of your order, so we can proceed with the refund.

We didn't reply you on the support forum because we replied to your email, so we didn't consider that we should send you two replies on the same subject.

I am not getting any emails from you. Your on our whitelist as well and we have had no other problems with getting emails.
