Hello,

Thank you for the interest in our products.

If you don't your mail merge to be personalized, then just don't enter any custom fields (like First Name, Address and so on) from the Easy Mail Merge toolbar.
EMM only personalizes those campaigns you want it to, and it does this when you insert a variable from its toolbar - a variable will be displayed in the body of your message like this: ^variable^. So, if you don't have any in your message, it will be sent out normally. You can also check out how it will look for each of your recipients with the "Preview" feature.

Please feel free to contact us again if you require any further assistance.
