Hi !

I use windows xp professional sp3 and email address collector v5.0.114
I created a list of email addresses collected through EAC containing thousands email addresses.
There are some email addresses, say about hundred, whom, I want to remove from this list

Is there any way, by which I can remove these ( negative ) email addresses from a list using email address collector?
Kindly suggest any solution. Presently, I have to remove them one by one. Which is very inconvenient.
If, at present, there is no such feature available with EAC, I request to include this feature, in future upgrades of EAC.

Thanks.

Ravindra

Hello,

Thank you for the interest in our product.
If those addresses have something in common (and relatable only to them and not to others - like, for example, the domain name) then you can easily exclude them when extracting, by using the Filter system.
Else, do you have them in a separate list? If yes, you can use one of our other products, named Quick List to perform a dedupe procedure.

Please explain in greater detail what exactly you are trying to do and we'll reply with a solution shortly.

Thanks for your reply.
Probably this the product, I was looking for - quicklist.
I am just downloading it and will try and purchase once it serves my purpose.
Will update the result.
But at the same time, I would like to update, that I have been never able to use the filter facility of your EAC product.

Yes, v1.1.8 is the latest version of QuickList, thank you very much for supporting our products!

Why were you never able to use the filters of EAC? Did they not work for you, or what happened more exactly?
Please provide us with as much info as you can and we'll reply with a solution shortly.
