 Post subject: EAC freezes

1. Your email address support@emailaddressmanager.com does not work
2. I purchased a licensed version and have the following settings:
Email Address Collector version: 5.0.114.0
Email Address Collector path: C:\Util\Email Address Collector
OS version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (Build 2600)
Microsoft Outlook: 14.0.4760.0
Outlook Express: 6.0.2900.5512
Windows Address Book: 6.0.2900.6040
3. When I try to use EAC, I can get it to start the email collection process from one of many pst-files, but then it stops and wants to send info to Microsoft. :(
4. I did reinstall the program from the eac-setup.exe file

Hello,

Thank you for supporting our products and we sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing.

What version of Outlook 2010 are you using (the 32-bit or the 64-bit one)?
Please note that at the moment, EAC does not support the 64-bit platform, but we are working hard and an update will be released very soon.

Why are you saying that our support address does not work? We are receiving and sending messages normally, so please provide me with a little more info on the subject.

Thanks for your note!
- Outlook 2010 - 32-bit and Windows XP
- Support address - I switched to html format as I wanted to add a screenshot of the error. I sent it and it bounced. Maybe you are blocking or not set up to receive html email?

We apologize for the error you are receiving. An update that natively supports Outlook 2010 (on both platforms) is in the works and will be available very soon.

We are receiving both HTML and text messages, I can't say why your emails bounce back. I will look into it though, in the meantime you can send the screenshot to emailaddressmanager@gmail.com. I know it's not very professional, but sometimes our emails don't get through to our users and we only use this address in extreme circumstances.
