I just purchased Email Address Collector (version 5.0.114). When I start it, the splash screen is visible for about 30 minutes with a message saying Loading...please wait. When it completes, I am presented with a blank white screen with a menu bar at the top. When I try to interact with the menu, the program terminates and closes.

Thank you for supporting our products.
Unfortunately, Email Address Collector doesn't support the 64-bit platform at the moment. We are working hard to include it in the next update and I will contact you immediately after it is launched (this date shouldn't be far, though I can't say precisely when it will be released).
We apologize for this issue and hope you will continue using EAC when the update will be available.
