Yes, I would really appreciate an answer to this problem as well. I just purchased the package, and then it immediately crapped out on me, giving me the same "runtime" error message. I'm very anxious to use it... so PLEEEEAAASSEE respond. Thanks.

Please print a screenshot with the error and post it on the forum or send it to support. Before you print the screenshot please press "More details" button in order to see the full details of the error.

Can you please tell the version of your Windows and Outlook?

Also did you run Outlook Detect and Repair from under the Help menu?

Dear Don,

I have sent you a printshot of the error message, along with my OS and Office package info to the support email. I also ran the 'detect and repair' feature in Outlook, but to no avail.

Thanks in advance,

Rojo (Miguel)

Please uninstall any version of Email Address Collector that you may have installed then download the setup from this link: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/eac_setup4.exe. This will install the latest version of Email Address Collector where we have fixed this problem.
