Post subject:  Email Address Collector Does Not Work

Dear DS Development:

Using current version of product, v.4.0.61.
Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server.
Select a distribution list from Global Address List in E-mail Source window on left hand side.
Select Distribution List again in Contacts window on right-hand side.
All e-mail addresses display.
No filters applied, select folder and subfolders.
Only five addresses extracted in middle session window.
Subsequent extraction efforts results in zero addresses extracted I have no idea where file is created or saved, your documentation doesn't say where to look for it. A search of my drive does not turn up any files created by your program.
This is a registered version of the product.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,


Please make sure that you have selected the right folder from which to extract addresses as you can extract from the selected folders or from the checked one(s). If you click on the "Extract All" button it will extract from the highlighted folder.
If you clicked on the Save session button, a dialog window pops up and asks you the path and name of the file in which you want to save the session(a .CSV file)
