Our spam server (SpamAssassin) has a feature which amends the @ symbol in the email address to a different character. We are unable to change it due to our Spam policy, however this renders EAC unusable.

The character is below
┬ž

Can the product make allowances for these characters or include a filter that includes this character. I have tried the regular filter setup to include this character based on message content, but it does not seem to work.

Just to make sure we understand it correctly: you mean that your inbox emails don't display mailto:name@domain.com, but name┬ždomain.com?

If that is the case, we are working on more filtering options for the next EAC version (which shall be released in a couple of weeks from now) and probably your problem will be solved on the new product version.

Regards
Bogdan

That is correct the domain is showing as in your example. Thank-you for supporting this issue with more filter options in the next release.
