Having just purchased your EAC - when I extract from a file/folder, I do not see the Session Panel. I have to save current session and open with Excel for cleansing - Please advise what I need to do to rectify.

The session panel is the vertical window section displayed in the middle of the EAC window, where the extracted addresses are displayed.

You mean that EAC does not show the extracted addresses list?

Hi there Bogdan,

Thanks for your quick reply

Yes that is correct - the Session Panel WAS missing (the one with the extracted email addresses). I said 'WAS' - this is because I have reinstalled the software and this has been resolved, however I cannot now use the software due to an activation issue. I have sent you a separate email.

Regarding the license activation, please make sure you are using the very latest version of EAC (the startup window that asks you to Buy/Try/Activate the product should have orange margins). You can download the latest version from our web site (see the top/right Download button of this page).

On the startup screen of EAC, click on Activate License and enter your license code. Depending on the way you purchased the license, the license code is you Purchase Reference Number (if you bought via Softwrap) or the 16 digits code that was emailed to you after your purchase (if you bought via Avangate).
