I purchased yesterday Email Address Collector, Version 5.0 and installed it

Now cannot open it. When attempting, it keeps forever the rectangular box and the message saying "Loading... please wait"
I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Can you please support me?

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

Please try launching EAC with Outlook running in the background. Also, if you have a Global Address List (for example) of hundreds of thousands of contacts, then EAC will take a little time to boot – so, please leave it for a couple of minutes and see if it finishes loading and the window appears.
