After sending a mass email with several attachments I recieve this message: Error message: Failed to save message error code 0x8E54060C. THe file C:\Documents and Settings\Leon Harper\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.pst has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, select some items that you no longer need, and then permanently delete them by pressing SHIFT+DELETE. You could also consider using the new Outlook Personal Folders file (.pst) introduced with Outlook 2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders.

I do not know how to open the .pst file that it refers to. I need help.

This error has nothing to do with Easy Mail Merge. Your Outlook PST file has reached it maximum size and you need to create a new PST file to use it in stead of the one you currently use or move some of the emails from your current PST to your the newer PST to free up some space to your old PST so you can keep continue using this one.

To create a personal folder in Outlook follow these steps:
Step 1: In Outlook 2003, select New from the File menu. At the bottom of the resulting menu list is the option to create a new "Outlook Data File"

Step 2: When Outlook Data File is selected, a list of data file types appears. Select Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) and click OK.

Step 3: After clicking the "OK" button, you will be able to browse to the location on the hard drive where the new personal folder file will be created. A convenient location to place the file is in the "My Documents" folder. You can create it there or any other desired location if more convenient. Note that you can change the name from "Personal Folders(1)" to any other legal filename.

Step 4: After deciding on a location for the new personal folder file (in this case, "Personal Folders(1).pst"), click the OK button to start customizing the .pst file.

Step 5: You can give the personal folder file a new Service Name. This name will appear in the Folder List automatically. In order to add this new folder to the Outlook Shortcut Bar, select File, select New and then select Navigation Pane Shortcut. A window will open prompting for the item for which the shortcut will be created.

Step 6: To access the shortcut to your Personal Folder, click on the Shortcuts button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 7: In this case, the folder labeled Personal Folders (new) is the destination of our shortcut. Once that folder is selected, click OK to add the shortcut to the Outlook bar. Alternatively, if the Folder List is viewed, it can be selected and dragged to the Outlook Bar if it is being viewed.

Now simply drag and drop some of your emails (from inbox, send items etc) to the new created PST file.
