:!: I'm using the trial of B&W, and don't think I'll be able to do witout it afterwards (especially after noticing, that I'wll be able to use the same license on my laptop as well.)

I have noticed a couple of problems that I could really do without:

 1:
I sort all messages by flag ("Sort by: Flag Status").
After installing B&W, the groups are closed when I enter a folder. So I have to click the little "+" to "unfold"/open them. Sometimes the groups seems to close automatically when leaving and entering a folder - so that I have to re-open them when returning to e.g. the inbox.

 2:
Sometimes Outlook seems a bit slower when I click a folder - and a message pop ups from the system tray saying something like "Outlook is Preparing the Requested View".

:?: Can you (or antoher user?) confirm these small bugs?
Can I do something about it? Or can I expect that they will be fixed soon - so I "dare" licensing the software?

Thanks for any help!

To answer your questions:
1. the first issue is probably caused by the custom field that we are using for adding notes to emails. If you don't plan to use the Notes feature, then just disable it from the Bells & Whistles options and see if you still have the problem with closed groups. Unfortunately, this problem is caused by the programmed Outlook behaviour when dealing with custom fields attached to email messages, so there is little we can do about it.

2. about Outlook being slow when opening a folder, I don't think it's related to Bells & Whistles. Most likely, you have many emails in that folder and this is causing Outlook to load that view pretty slow. I suggest you to use the auto-archive feature of Outlook, in order to move older emails to the Outlook archive.

Kind regards
