Post subject:  Better contact forms

Not sure this is your kind of thing, but I can't believe someone hasn't figured out a way to create a better contact form with, for example, Department, on the first page, and a Salutation field. If I want to do mail merge to Robert Jones and want to say Dear Bob, where is Bob supposed to come from? I use the Profession field for this, because the Nickname field won't export.

Also, why aren't Manager's name and Assistant's names linked to actual contacts, so you can double-click them and get their numbers?
