In order to save extracted emails to a Word document, extract all the email addresses you wish to save, go to File->Save Addresses (or press Ctrl+S) then in the next window (you have the option to save the addresses with or without aliases if as you wish) choose to save them as Comma Separated Values (Windows). Open the list with a text editor of your choice, copy the content to clipboard and then to a Word document.
