Can you please reinstall SilentMail? According to that error message, your Windows registry is missing the registry values of SilentMail... Maybe a 3rd party program erased them or you reverted to a Windows restore point created prior to the SilentMail installation...

Hello,

I just reinstalled Silent Mail and it still gives me the error
massage. I installed it on a different PC and it works fine.

This is how i do it:
I run the installation as an administrator,
It extracts fine,
I accept the licence,
I change the default installation folder to: d:\Program Files\DS
Development\SMO\
I select only for me,
I input the designated email and select "create and send a ..."
I select Complete.

and after running outlook i don't get the "Activation windows" (which
is expected no to showup) but i get an error message.

Peter.

Do you run the same Office & Windows versions on both computers?

Also, on the computer where you get the error, do you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled? If so, can you disable it and see if the error is gone?

Same Windows, slightly different office build:
12.0.6316.5000 SP1 MSO 12.0.6320.5000

ill try the: User Account Control (UAC).

Just in case, we developed a minor update on which some functions were modified (hopefully to fix that error at your end). So please test with this updated product version:
