We sending mail merge messages with voting buttons and are having a few problems with tracking responses as following:

1. The sent email with the tracking tab only seems to show the people who have responded i.e. we cannot explicit see the people who have not replied and people are added to the list as they respond.

2. The tracking tab shows 'Recipient' and 'Response' with the recipient field containing the 'Display Name'. Is there any way of adding other columns and/or changing the 'recipient' to display email address instead as we are having problems reconciling responses where there are duplicate display names.

3. The tracking tab seems to be present in more than one email if people respond prior to all the mail merge emails being sent. Is there any way of avoiding this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Alex,

Can you please advise what version of Easy Mail Merge are you running? I am a little confussed by the "tracking tab" that you mentioned...

Hi Alex,

I take it you are sending the emails to addresses taken from Outlook Contacts, correct?

If so, is it possible to email us a sample mail merge session email containing the tracking/voting options? It would help us to better understand the situation. The easiest way to send us a sample email is to save the composed message (when you are done composing it via Easy Mail Merge) as an EML file and attach it to an email to us (mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com).
