Hi there,

Just downloaded the program and trying out the 15 day trial. It all looks pretty good, except that I cannot insert external data into the subject line. It works fine in the main body of the email but when I try Insert on the subject field I get an error message:

"Failed to insert text. Error code 0x800A11FD"

Any advice appreciated, as I really want to use the variable text on the subject line.

Thanks,
Tony.

Do you use MS Word to compose the emails? If so, please try using the Outlook internal email editor and see if you still get that error message when inserting a variable into the subject line.

To switch to use the Outlook internal editor (assuming you are using Outlook 2002 or 2003), in Outlook go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Format and disable the first two options for using MS Word.

Regards,
Bogdan
