I have just purchased Easy Mail Merge and I think it is great but I am having a small problem.

For the purpose that I would like to use the program I would like to have an option to send to all email addresses in my .csv file (including duplicates) and I can't seem to find an option to include them, Easy Mail Merge will not go past the Data Source page. When it asks me if I want it to automatically deselect the duplicate records and I click no, it won't let me past.

Basically I have created a .csv file to all of my email address contacts including unique attachments, some contacts may be receiving multiple unique attachments, when I click yes and the duplicates are removed, they dont receive any attachments bar the first.

I am using Easy Mail Merge version 2.0.134.0 on Outlook 2007 version 12.0.4518.1014

Hi Luke,

The duplicate removal option is an anti-spam security option, which helps you to send email messages without beeing sent in the spam/bulk folder.
If you could send the same message more than once, then the receivers spam filter would consider them as spam and all your messages will be sent to junk/bulk folder.

When I create my .csv file I give each address it own attachment (different file name) and also different content (unique field in .csv document) so the recipient email should not pick these up as the same email (spam) if sent. My problem is that I cannot choose to send these if i want to, it just automatically removes them.

Based on your response I assume that there is no way to avoid this?

Hi Luke,

A workaround would be to send both attachments in only one email or to create two mail merge sessions, one with the first attachment and email content and the second with a different one.
