Outlook Addins & Email Productivity

hi all,

while installing or running EMM, i'm getting this error message:

Error 1904.Moduke C:\Program Files\DS Development\Easy Mail Merge\EMMAddin.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contac your support personnel.

running under windows xp pro & outlook 2003

is there any work arround?!

Please make sure when you install the program to use an admin account.

Can you please tell us if the message appears when you open Outlook or when you start a mail merge session with Easy Mail Merge?

After you confirm the error message do you have Easy Mail Merge Toolbar among Outlook toolbars? If yes, then please go to Easy Mail Merge toolbar and choose Contact Service Support. This will create a new email to service support with basic information of your system.

it was a server problem. it is know all ok.

I get the same error message when installing mail merge...what hotkey folder needs the permissions changed to allow this to load? I have admin privelages but that didn't help to load properly...

I get the error hresult -2147220473

Am logged in as Admin but what register key specifically is invlved so i can set the prmissions?

What version of Easy Mail Merge are you trying to install? Please redownload the setup from our own site - see the top/right Download button of this page (just in case if you downloaded it from a different site) and try again. If it still does not work, please send an email to mailto:support@emailaddressmanager.com and we will further assist you.

Despite that error message, Easy Mailmerge seems to work, if I run into problems in using it I will let you know.

I just downloaded it based upon the update popup that came when I started Outlook, so assume it was from your site.
