I can not get the merge to work from a csv file. Even though I seleclt the field from the pull down list, in merging a pop up box tells me the field can not be found.

Using windows XP on a VPN and an Enterprise Server.

Hi,

Please make sure that you don't have another single $ character in front of the field. If you need to have the dollar character into the body of the email then please double it. So if you want your email to read $499, you need to type $$499.

Also please make sure that you don't use MS Word as the default editor.

MS Word was the problem. The documentation seems to suggest that MS Word is OK, but it is not a problem to not use it.

Thank you.
