Outlook Addins & Email Productivity

Hi,

I have recently purchased B&W and installed OK. I did get the B&W line in the Tools menu.

On opening Outlook since then , the B&W option is not displayed under Tools.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled without Outlook running but cannot get the menu item back.

B&W is running but no menu item.

I have tried right clicking on the tool bar but cannot find any way here to fix the issue.

One case talks about Enabling via About Outlook, but I cannot find this feature.

I am running WXLProf and Outlook 2003.
