Thank you for the bells and whistle program, it is working well.

Just a question for you, when I create new updated templates, and export them so that the rest of the agents can use them, is there a way that I can export to a central location within the outlook servers so that the agents dont have to import every time, it just updates their outlook with the new templates automatically?

Please let me know as soon as possible.....
