I have just tried to install AutoReply on my corporate laptop and I get the following error messages during the install:

Error 1406: Could not write to key \Software\AutoReplyManager. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Error 1406: Could not write ARMEnabled to key \Software\AutoReplyManager. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

If I choose to ignore these errors, the program installs but it does not work.

My computer has Windows XP SP2 and I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2.

Thanks!

Please logon to Windows by using an Administrator Windows account (not a restricted/limited account), then try to install the program.

If you already logon with an Administrator account, please check your protection software (like your anti-virus) and make sure it does not prevent ARM from creating its registry keys.

Regards,
Bogdan
