Our system has stopped using the delay facility and is no longer adding our tracking prefix to emails being sent.
Any tips on what we may be doing wrong.

Running Office 2003 under XP-PRO

Configuration running for over 2 years, the only changes being MS Updates.

Cheers

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If ARM still applies its rules and sends your messages, then surely something has changed in the rule's settings. In this case, please just edit the rule and make sure that both the tracking ID and the delay features are checked. You can test this afterwards by sending a test message to that address.
Also, if you go in the Log window you can turn on the log diagnostic messages which will inform you what rules are applied and how.

Please don't hesitate to contact us again if we can provide any further assistance.
