I am looking at your sofware for our company, but am concerned about the possibility of an Auto Reply being sent to our Auto Reply? We currently use Exchange server, but like how your software is controllable by the end user rather than the network admin. Please let me know if you have a suggestion on how to prevent the loop from happening.
Thanks,
Kurt

You can avoid the loop by creating rules with multiple filters. You can choose, for example, to send the automatic replies (form Auto Reply Manager) from any account you have defined on your Outlook not only the default one. Or you can choose to change the original subject line with another one (for example: Auto-Reply message) and you can filter from the exchange server the emails with this subject. You have multiple options you can use but you need to find a pattern of your email circulation if you wish to choose the right settings.

We are trying to implement new and powerful features to prevent loop in future versions of Auto Reply Manager.
