I keep getting the Error code : 0x8004005. Location:NewMessagesHandler.cpp (299) in the Rules Execution Report when attempting to autoreply. I get green dots beside all other emails in the log except for the ones that I need auto-replied to.

Computer specs-
auto reply manager version 2.0.116.0
outlook 2003 version 11.63596360
Internet explorer 8.0.6001.6360
Windows XP service pk 3 5.1.2600

I have checked my rules and made sure the Exchange Manager on the server is set to allow automatic replies.
Thanks for your help. I need to get this up and running asap!

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

Do you have any other rule, defined in Outlook, that moves your new messages from one folder to another? If yes, please just change the ARM rule that handles them and point it to the appropriate folder (the one they’re moved in) and everything should work correctly.

Don't hesitate to contact us again for any issue or suggestion regarding our products.
