Hello,
Thank you for supporting our products and we sincerely apologize for the issues you have been experiencing.
The behavior described in the beginning of your post may be due to a spam filter present on your recipients server. ARM composes the message in Outlook and once they are the Sent folder, then they surely have been sent. Your recipients, however, may not receive them if a spam guard/blocker/filter-type of program is present on their server and is configured in such a way as to reject some emails (that contain the words "auto reply", for example). When you compose the replies personally, then the words "auto reply" (as per my example) are not present in the message so it gets through, otherwise it is not directed to your contacts Inbox. Is this a general occurrence, with all of the auto-generated replies, or just with some of the sent emails?
Is the crash present only when you configure a Hotmail Inbox, or with any POP account? Could you please try with another one, since Hotmail has different settings in Outlook and that may be the cause of your problem.
I am looking forward to your reply.
