Some mornings I wake up with 100s mails in my draft folder so I have to manually send the auto replies that ARM made. Opening each mail and clicking send is a pain. Plus the mail should have got to them when they emailed me. Is there a reason for this?

1. What Outlook version are you using? What other Outlook add-ins?
2. Is the problem permanent or did it only happen some times?

Bogdan

Outlook 2003(11.5608.5606) No other addons.

Hardly ever happens but once it starts it seems like all mails end up there until I close outlook and start it again. Sometimes it's fine for days, sometimes it happens a couple times. I check the disabled items each time but nothing is listed but it is making the mails just getting stuck in draft.

Let me know anything you might want me to try to solve it.

Thanks

What type of email accounts do you use? POP3, IMAP, Exchange? If you are using Outlook as a client for an Exchange server, is Outlook always connected (online) to the server or is it configured to switch to the offline mode after performing a send/receive?

Can you relate the problem to a certain action? For example, is this problem happening only when you syncronize a mobile device with your computer or only while Outlook performs an auto-archive job?

Regards,
Bogdan

POP3 with gmail. Nothing really, the computer is always online and turned on. No auto archive was actually going to look into that soon but it's not on yet. Nothing special really, just added the gmail pop3 accts and set all my rules.

Have you ever heard of this problem? Maybe I can move reset license to one of my other computers then that one and see if it happens still.

We were informed only once about a similar problem, but the user didn't follow up on our emails so we couldn't get to the root of it. Since there are thousands of users of this product, this problem is surely not very common, so it must be related to a certain scenario.

Each license can be activated on 2 computers, so you can move it to a different one and see what happens.

Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version or Auto Reply Managar and that Outlook has the latest updates installed.

Regards,
Bogdan

Yes I'm going to run it on my main computer at home and the one for work. Can I deactivate the one for work that it's on now? I will make sure Outlook is updated but I know ARM is since I just bought it and don't think it's been updated since last year sometime. Will let you know if the Outlook updates help.

You can activate ARM on two computers at the same time, using the same license.
