Email Address Collector Helps Users to Handle and Migrate Outlook Contacts

Bucharest, Romania - DS DEVELOPMENT has released version 5.0 of their popular Contacts management software, Email Address Collector, a Windows utility that allows the user to quickly edit, migrate and manage email contacts.

Email Address Collector helps users to easily handle email contacts by exporting them from Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook Express folders, distribution lists or local files. Email contacts can be saved to the Windows Address Book, Outlook Contacts folders or external CSV files.

Being integrated with MS-Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail and Eudora, Email Address Collector can extract email addresses from email messages stored in any mail folder. Using the advanced filtering options, the user can extract email contacts from the To, Cc, Bcc, From or Content fields of email messages, further restricted by date, subject, receiver or wildcards. Email Address Collector helps the user by automatically eliminating duplicates from the exported email contacts. Email Address Collector can also export email contacts from other sources, such as MS-Word documents, PDF files, MS-Excel tables or text files.

Email Address Collector enhances the Outlook experience by allowing the user to switch through multiple Outlook identities without logging off and to easily browse mail folders using an interface similar to Windows Explorer.

New features include full suport for Windows Mail, Windows Contacts and Eudora, more filtering options and more supported file types.
